Our team members have advised in the past, international and regional insurance companies, on a vast array of insurance matters, including, regulatory and licensing matters, general advisory pertaining to the insurance laws and regulations, drafting insurance policies and obtaining the approval of the Insurance Authority on the same, representing insurance companies in litigation and court cases filed before the UAE Courts.

Some of the insurance matters handled by our team members include (without limitation):

- Drafting for one of the major insurance companies in the world, several type of insurance policies falling under the UAE Law, including Directors’ Liability Insurance, and obtaining the approval of the Insurance Authority regarding the same; and

- Representing a major insurance campny in the UAE in several claims filed against it before UAE Courts.
